Hello Everyone..

I have a card to share today using a candle die and I really love it..

I die cut the candle out in red..then die cut it again in cream to get the wax..

Die cut the pine branches...added pine cones, [ as you do ] and red frosted berries...

Simple plaid papers, green card stock, and the sentiment from Imagine That Digistamp..

Meanwhile in my wardrobe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Neighbours kitten [ 7 months old].. had kittens..poor wee mite and chose me as the mid wife..she must have been only 5 months old when she was ravaged by those awful tomcats..Mum and babies are doing fine and will have some nicer photos as they grow..I told the people who own her that for now she is mine as I need her to feed the babies..if they lock her up at night I will be down there to get her..Ooo, I was forceful, I scared

Thanks so much for stopping by...see you tomorrow..

Hello Everyone...

I have a little follow up on the tags that were spread all over my desk in my craft room reveal..

I went to the chemist 2 weeks ago to get a new lipstick and started chatting with this lovely girl [as you do..] and I said I need to look pretty in my craft room..which lead to me making her tags for Christmas..after all the preliminaries of .. Oh, what sort of crafts do you do etc..

So here they are...I had a really long conveyor station for these and had a blast...

I cut out 4 squares of stitched dies and stamped the sentiment on one side the other side blank for writing...

Then made the bows, glued the painted pine cones and poked in the mistletoe..punched a hole and threaded gold cord...

and all made with scraps..I love my scrap box..all those off cuts come in so handy for tags..

The girl was very happy with them and I was happy too..

Thanks so much for stopping by...while I am typing this it is 5am in the morning and nearly 20oC...we are on water restrictions and it is going to be a long hot dry Summer..not my favourite time of the year except it is the Christmas season and I do love is have been sent...the big day is organized as from last night, so I think I am ready..

See you tomorrow..

Hello Everyone...

I'm so pleased to say that I have done all my overseas cards and they are now in the post..yay..missed the deadline for the posting but I always do and the cards seem to get where they have to go on time...
Now there is less pressure on me and hopefully can get into my room and just play....

Speaking of my room I have some pictures to share..and you have to use your imagination too..

So we have just walked up the hallway and turned right...this was my spare bedroom...visitors are now somewhere we go.

Straight ahead is the only window so it is a bit darker than I'm used to but I have a brilliant centre light.

Turning to the right, this is the desk I stand at when building my is a 2 door cabinet and just beyond that is a stack of containers which eventually will go into the ward robe right behind them...just waiting for my holidays so I can play around with my space...too busy just now.

My new flower storage thrilled I found these just sad I didn't splash out and buy 2 more while they were around cause now they have gone...all have individual compartments and each container has the one colour..

My die storage binders..A5 size ring binders with plastic pockets and a die in each pocket..I love this storage [for me..]I know where all my dies are and usually find what I'm looking for really quickly..I store them in theme, all brands mixed.

My new telly in the corner YAY!!...the only trouble is to watch [or listen] to sky I have to unplug the Ariel in the lounge and plug in this one through a hole in the tricky but I'm used to it and I'm quite fast doing it now.....below the telly is my big desk.....

And on this big desk is a project I did for a young lady in the chemist shop..she wanted 20 tags, so that is what I was doing here..I think finished at this stage and will share them tomorrow..
This is also my cuttlebug and trimmer desk....

Beyond the big desk is my trestle table..this is where I colour or sometimes
I swing around and colour on the big desk..[ my chair is in the lounge at my desk where the computer is.]

and out the door again...a small room with quite a bit of stuff in it..but I think once the wardrobe is cleaned out and I can move containers in there... maybe add a shelf...I will have more space..I'm really enjoying being in here and it is nice to have a dinning room back.

Sorry about so many could have been worse though, I might have shown you the moving THAT would have made a good movie..

Thanks for stopping by and I will catch up again tomorrow..

Hello Everyone...

Well, well, well, the last month of the year is here...DECEMBER 1st 2017..and time for our final challenge for 2017 over at CLASSIC DESIGN ..

This month we are sponsored by DIGISTAMPS 4JOY..and I selected this beautiful festive image called CANDLE DECOR

All coloured up with my markers then I used a fabric paint for the dripping wax...

I used gold gel pen for the stripes on the candles and the holder...and used the chisel end of the marker to do the background with a warm grey tone..

I still love this sentiment and have used it mulitple times lately..although I just bought a Kaisercraft stamp set which is pretty close and might just stampin' ..

So there we go..thank you so much for stopping day off today and off Christmas shopping this morning then into my craftroom for more Christmas work...

See you later today..quite a bit..with DT and New releases to share..
